Possible ligting idea

As someone trying to put together a setup that is both capable of doing big books and portable, I looked on http://blog.svarteld.com/2010/02/homegr ... 2-how.html with interest.
Basically, it's a professional photographer showing how he built these really lightweight and easy to set up lighting tripods with tent poles and bungee cords. The ones he built are huge, but it's the building materials that captured my imagination, and might work with a portable lighting setup (especially if I'm going the LED route) better than my other options. Just wanted to throw that out there for those still brainstorming on parts of this.
