batch processing of multiple books via script (.bat)

Post by swamy035 »

hi all,
I recently got into digitization services and undertaking book scanning services. currently using ST gui for post-processing the scanned pages via gui. I am no pro with scripting/coding, i just learnt from few posts on cmd mode for launching a job.
"Program Files\Scan Tailor>scantailor-cli.exe --layout=1 --margins=05 --alignment=center --dpi=150 --output-dpi=300 --despeckle=aggressive --tiff-compression=LZW E:\path1 E:\path1\out" - this works fine via dos window

My requirements for post processing are common for all the pages and i find that there is no default value settings in ST (did i miss?). In any case here is what I would like to have One single *.bat file having definition for multiple books - to be processed and save respective .Scantailor file in sequence.

So that I could manually fill in a text file and fire it up.
Highly appreciate your kind response and resolution towards my needs.
