0.9.10pre: fill zones ignored after manual dewarp

I'm noticing that fill zones and artifacts beyond the content selection box on top and bottom of the image remain in the output TIFF after dewarping a page. See screen shots:

You need a newer build (no one has made one yet) to get Fill Zones working.
When Scan Tailor asks you to enter DPIs manually, never enter arbitrary values. The video tutorial shows how to estimate the real DPI.
