Sending to Norway should be no problem, even if our courier service contract is currently EU only. I expect little or no difference in terms of price, but I will only be able to give you absolute certainty about that by Monday.

P.S. Currently working on getting ptpcam into Debian and Ubuntu. That should make life easier for many of us!
