Max size of attachments

I was trying to create a new topic regarding resolution requirement for OCR, for which I wanted to upload a few samples as attachment. When I tried to attach the first sample, I got the following error: "The file is too big, maximum allowed size is 512 KiB." Each of my three samples is below 2 Mb, so I suggest you increase the default phpBB max attachment size to 2 Mb (which is the default max upload size in PHP anyway).

If that's not possible, please suggest some other way I can make these samples available. I could upload to RapidShare and post link here, but the files are likely to disappear if they are not downloaded for a while.

I temporarily changed the size to 2MiB. I'm reserving the right to change this back if things get out of hand, but try it now and see if it works for you, please.
