Having trouble with your new account registration?

We work really hard to keep this place spam-free, and that means that we have really tight filters on registration. Sometimes, a new user signs up and gets caught in one of these filters. When that happens, the account is never activated. A normal time for account activation is a few hours to a few days.

Please keep in mind that I do not respond to book-scanning related questions via email and rarely respond to them via PM. The best way to chat with me about book scanner stuff is to bring it up here on the forum. There are several reasons for this, not the least of which is that sometimes I get as many as 20 book scanning related emails per day, and I simply don't have time to answer them. Answering in public allows me to answer for a large number of people.
