Sounds great. I sent out my DXF's just for the purposes of getting a quote - curious to know how much a shop will charge to cut one for me.
I very much like the dual brake handle/foot-pedal approach. That's good thinking.

Quoted a price of $225 to cut the parts here in Calgary, based on the draft DXF drawings above.

I'm impressed, that's a great price, really. Anything around/under $200 and you could cut a few copies and sell them at a profit.
