ScanTailor_duo: script for processing with 2 CPU cores

ScanTailor_duo speeds up ScanTailor processing by using two CPU cores.
Made in Autohotkey by nod5 as free software under GPL3
Windows application.

How to use:
Manually do steps 1-5 on a project in ScanTailor
Then save a .ScanTailor project file
Close all ScanTailor windows
Run ScanTailor_duo
Select the saved project file

Alternative use:
Manually do steps 1-5 on a project in ScanTailor
Make sure only one ScanTailor window is open
Run ScanTailor_duo with any command line parameter, for example "ScanTailor_duo.exe A"

Note: The script creates two ScanTailor windows. Keep them minimized. Or you'll need to end them and ScanTailor_duo manually.
Note: Alternative mode saves project files to Windows temp. Edit the .ini file if you want to change that.

A silly bug (error in escaping a comment) prevented the first version from working. Working versions is up now.

ScanTailor_duo is removed and replaced by Scantailor_multi_core
