Are there any readymade book-scanners available for purchase right now? Besides ofcourse the 'book liberator' project, which seems to be under development since months.

However, it's not ready for mass distribution at present time by any stretch; I just finished building the prototype and have growing wait-list from custom orders. You are welcome to make a clone from this concept.
