Converting 12" Fluorescent Bulb to LED?

en.ofweek.com wholesale extra bright "warm white" festoon bulbs (for driver's side overhead, map light, etc). I have them and they are much brighter than stock incandescents and the color is pretty much identical to incandescent bulbs. Much better than the cool white LEDs that most vendors sell.
