Is there any thread with photo samples?
I'd like compare them with my results, I don't know if it is possible to achieve a better quality (definition, sharpness) or on the contrary I have to resign with I got.
Thanks.

You might take a look at Daniel's discussion of the lighting module on the Archivist.
http://www.diybookscanner.org/archivist/?page_id=236
He also has some samples there and talks about his design. If you want to play around with the Soraa bulbs he recommends and a couple of lenticular lenses, let me know and I can send you some. The LED bulbs themselves are back ordered and you will want to order them yourself. But I could get you the lenses, the sockets, and an adapter that will work with them so you can integrate them into your scanner.

@duering it is very kind of you. I'm going to look for here in spain, and if I don't find them, I'll ask you (Shipping costs from EEUU to spain are expensive).
