The NY Times "article" is interesting (if somewhat late) if only because of its links to the Law Review articles. Dan, your article was really, really cogent!

I smirked, because the article illustrated my two favorite adages about capitalism:

* A fair trade is one in which neither party walks away satisfied.
* Capitalism means doing the least amount of work for the most amount of money.
